Step 1: We take your order.
Step 2: We prepare your items and complete a quality check.
Step 3: We contact you to agree a delivery time for larger items. (This step is not necessary for small items of décor.)
Step 4: As standard, we will deliver to your door at the agreed time. (Where required, we also offer an assembly service. The cost varies according to the item, so please contact us for a price.)
Step 5: If there are any issues regarding the condition of the item you receive, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to put things right.
Cancellation:
